What hirers need to have in place before using The Sandel Centre.
The Sandel Centre is covered by Public Liability Insurance.
However, no liability is accepted for the loss or damage to any property belonging to any person or organisation using the Centre. Nor do we accept any liability for personal accident or illness sustained by any person.
Individuals, community groups or organisations using The Sandel Centre must have their own Public Liability Insurance and comply with all relevant Government legislation.
Organisations working with children under 18 and/or vulnerable adults must have their own Safeguarding Policy covering children and/or vulnerable adults.
You will be asked to confirm this when you book. If you are unsure whether your policy meets the requirement, please talk to the Centre team before your booking is confirmed.
